We loved our stay at Ibis Messe. We booked a triple room and the room was a very good size and had plenty of storage for our suitcases and bags and there were plenty of plugs. The bathroom/shower were very clean and also a very good size and came with body wash/shampoo and soap. The beds were extremely comfy and we both slept soundly. The location was excellent, a two minute walk to the S bahn station and a 15 min train into the city centre, very easy and convenient. The hotel is also a 5 min walk from the U bahn stop and next door to the central bus station.

We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Berlin. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—just steps away from the underground, buses, and high-speed train stations. There’s even a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was super convenient for grabbing snacks or essentials. The reception staff were very helpful, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could explore a bit more before heading to the airport.

Eventhough we arrived much earlier before check-in, the stuff was very helpfull and stored our suitcases at the hotel, so we could freely enjoy the waiting time to go and explore the city. As well we could have enter our room earlier. Big thanks for that. Room was really clean and neat, without any funky odour. It is too place to choose if you are traveling, because bus station is exactly by the hotel. We will definitely choose this place again when traveling to Berlin! 100% recomend

+ Convenient location + Everything what you need is just nearby, including groceries, restaurants and public transport + Considering unfair pricetags overall in Berlin, the rate was fairly good + Comfy bed + Stable high-speed wi-fi + Good soundproofing + Water mixers in the bathroom work well + Unexpectedly comfortable and not crowded lobby bar area, with electrical sockets, where one can sit and work even the whole day. This is exceptional for 2-3 stars hotels based on my vast experience. + Complementary citrus water available downstairs, as well obviously as soft/alcohol drinks, nice coffee and snacks for a fair pricetag. They even have a microvawe available for use in the lobby area, which is a super rare thing for hotels. In general it exceeded expectations from a stay in a budget (by Berlin standards) hotel

Comfortable beds and nice that they put a cot in the room. Everything was OK, not too dated but they will need to keep up the standard and look to modernise soon. I loved the breakfast room on the 8th floor with the waffle maker, very delicious! Convenient location on bus and S Bahn stop over the bridge nearby.

Location just right next to the bus station. Shops nearby, the same with the subway - we were able to move through Berlin freely and swiftly. Quiet surroundings. Nice staff and easy check-in/out.

We were there for a conference at CityCube. If you need to be in that part of the city, it's great location, otherwise it's kind of far from the city center. The room/hotel: clean sheets, clean bathroom, access to refreshers downstairs (beer/water/etc) at any hour, working air conditioning. Nearby: there is a metro station at 5 min walk, bus station next to the hotel, mexican+ thai restaurants 5-10 min walk, and CityCube about 15-20 min walk.

We loved the room and the location of the property. The check-in was smooth and the room was clean. Breakfast was great with amazing views of the city and Funkturm Berlin. The hotel is close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. Major attractions can be reached quickly. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. FlixBus departs from the central bus station which is were the hotel is situated.

I liked the location close to the bus station, the ability to leave heavy luggage in a safe place until check-in, quick check-in, clean room and toilet, delicious and hearty breakfast in a cafe on the 8th floor with a beautiful panoramic view from the window, polite staff.

Courteous and friendly staff. The view on the breakfast area is very nice especially watchingthe sunrise while having a delicious coffee. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.
